Billionaires Font Ltd. takes intellectual property rights, licensing compliance, and platform integrity seriously. If you believe a font or any content on billionairesfont.com infringes your rights or violates our policies, please use this page to submit a report. We review all valid submissions promptly.
1. What You Can Report
You may submit a report for any of the following:
1.1 Copyright or Trademark Infringement A font hosted on our platform reproduces, copies, or is substantially similar to a typeface or creative work you own or are exclusively licensed to represent.
1.2 Font License Violation A font is being distributed under terms that conflict with its original license (e.g., a commercial font listed as free, or an OFL-licensed font with restrictions removed).
1.3 Counterfeit or Impersonated Font A font is being presented under a name, foundry brand, or designer identity it does not legitimately belong to.
1.4 Malicious or Harmful Files You have reason to believe a font file contains malicious code, embedded malware, or poses a security risk to users who download it.
1.5 Other Policy Violations Content on our platform that violates our Terms of Service, including spam submissions, fraudulent listings, or prohibited content.
2. Before You Submit
To help us process your report efficiently, please ensure the following:
- You are the rights holder, or you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
- You have identified the specific font(s) or content you believe to be infringing
- You have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or applicable law
- You understand that submitting a false or misleading report may expose you to legal liability
3. How to Submit a Report
Send your report by email to: report@billionairesfont.com or fill the form below.
3.1 Required Information
Your report must include all of the following:
- Your full name and contact email address
- A description of the work you claim has been infringed - include any registration numbers, publication history, or other identifying details
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on billionairesfont.com
- A statement of good faith - confirm that you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or law
- A statement of accuracy - confirm that the information in your report is accurate and, where relevant, that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
Reports that are missing required information may be delayed or unable to be processed.
3.2 For DMCA Takedown Requests (US Rights Holders)
If you are submitting a formal DMCA takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must additionally include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL on our platform
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

4. What Happens After You Submit
Step 1 - Acknowledgement We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.
Step 2 - Review Our team will review the reported content against our policies and the information you have provided. We may contact you for additional details.
Step 3 - Action If the report is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing or disabling access to the reported font or content
- Notifying the submitter of the takedown
- Retaining a record of the report for compliance purposes
Step 4 - Counter-Notice If the submitter of the reported content believes the takedown was made in error, they may submit a counter-notice in accordance with our [DMCA & Copyright Policy]. If a valid counter-notice is received, we will notify you and may restore the content after the applicable waiting period unless you initiate legal proceedings.
We do not guarantee specific timeframes beyond our initial acknowledgement, as review complexity varies by case.
5. Abuse of the Reporting System
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or bad-faith violation reports is strictly prohibited. Billionaires Font Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Disregard reports that are clearly frivolous or retaliatory
- Suspend or terminate accounts associated with abusive reporting patterns
- Share relevant details with affected parties or take legal action where warranted
Rights holders are reminded that under applicable law (including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) in the United States), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages.
6. Font Submitter Rights - Counter-Notice
If you are a font submitter whose content has been removed following a violation report and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to report@billionairesfont.com with the subject line: Counter-Notice - [Font Name].
Your counter-notice should include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its former URL
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your electronic or physical signature
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court and will accept service of process from the original complainant
Please do not submit reports through any other channel, as they may not be reviewed.
